Summer 2025
One of the funniest Broadway shows of all time, Once Upon a Mattress tells the story of the princess and the pea through song, dance and flawless comedic timing. This show launched the incredible careers of Carol Burnett and Sarah Jessica Parker, so there is a hint of magic too! Join us next summer for a trip back to a time of castles, knights and sleepless princesses!
Performances: June 2025 at Town Green Amphitheater
Outdoor general admission seating: The Town Green features amphitheater style seating with tiered cement risers near the stage and grassy seating areas in the rear. Wheelchair access is available via ramps at either side leading to the top level of the amphitheater. Bring a blanket, cushion or lawn chair and enjoy the show!
Parking: Limited street parking is available along Main Street N. We recommend using the parking ramp adjacent to the Maple Grove Library on Lakeview Dr. N.
Performance change communications: The decision to completely cancel a performance, change start time or present a concert version alternative will be posted on crossplayers.org at least 2 hours before the originally scheduled show time.
Ticket refund and exchange policy: Tickets to CCP productions are non-refundable and, in general, are not exchangeable. If a performance is cancelled due to inclement weather, please consider one of these alternate options to use your ticket:
- Attend any of our other remaining performances at the Town Green Amphitheatre
- Attend a concert version of the show at Cross of Glory Lutheran Church which would be presented, conditions permitting, on the same date as the originally scheduled performance.
If you are unable to use a purchased ticket, you may be able to claim the expense as a 501(c)(3) charitable donation on your tax return.
